New Customer-Centric Executive

Ampcontrol has announced the appointment of Murray Lyster to the role of Executive General Manager – Customer Experience & Delivery, with a dedicated focus on outcomes aligned with Ampcontrol strategic growth targets and customer needs.

Ampcontrol has today appointed Murray Lyster to the role of Executive General Manager – Customer Experience & Delivery, with a dedicated focus on outcomes aligned with Ampcontrol strategic growth targets and customer needs.

Murray joins Ampcontrol most recently from Innomotics Australia, a former subsidiary of Siemens with whom Ampcontrol has a collaborative partnership, where he has held diverse senior leadership roles encompassing sales, business development, and engineering.

“Appointing Murray to the role of Executive General Manager – Customer Experience & Delivery will only further serve our customers. They’re at the core of everything we do, and Murray’s experience will be crucial in working alongside them in understanding their needs as we approach the shared vision of electrification and decarbonisation,” says Rod Henderson, Ampcontrol Managing Director & CEO.

In addition to his corporate achievements, Murray's leadership extends to the strategic realm of energy policy and technology advocacy. Since joining the board of the Australian Hydrogen Council in 2017 and subsequently assuming the role of Chair in 2020, Murray has been a driving force in shaping Australia's hydrogen landscape.
