Ampcontrol has released its 2025 Sustainability Statement covering Financial Year 2024 (1 August 2023 to 31 July 2024) and the outcomes achieved in that period. The statement summarises our progress in the first year of our three-year plan laid out in the Ampcontrol Sustainability Report 2024 published on 4 July 2024.
The Ampcontrol Sustainability Statement 2025 is intended to provide accountability and transparency on our sustainability action plans and operating emissions, with information contained in this report accurate as of February 2025.
"It has been a strong period for advancing our sustainability targets and practices, with some incredible achievements and areas for opportunity. We’re tracking well ahead of our ambitious Net Zero targets; recording a 39% cumulative reduction in operational emissions since 2020, placing us in a strong position to achieve our interim target of 60% reduction by 2030," says Rod Henderson, Ampcontrol Managing Director & CEO.
"Electrification remains a key focus of how we approach manufacturing, service, and research & development (R&D). Our innovative solutions such as our marine plug-in hybrid propulsion system, right through to our high current battery charging systems, show that sustainable solutions are possible across all sectors, especially when adapting existing designs and infrastructure."
Other key achievements recorded in FY24 include:
