Greg has over 35 years of experience in the building materials, industrial and healthcare industries across Australia, Asia and Europe. He currently serves as Chairman of NextGen Clubs and Director of the Royal Institute of Deaf and Blind Children. Greg is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

David has extensive corporate advisory experience across a number of sectors, including mining and telecommunications. At present, he is the Managing Director of Pitt Capital Partners, a subsidiary of Washington H. Soul Pattinson & Company who are 100 per cent shareholders in the Ampcontrol Group.

Jaime is the EGM Finance – Private Investments for Washington H. Soul Pattinson. He has experience partnering with operational management in organisations of varying size and complexity, including small private businesses, large national groups, and ASX listed entities.

Glenn is an entrepreneur and leader in the energy technology space, and a prominent figure in Australia’s energy transition. He is currently chair of the Ampcontrol Innovation Committee and Executive Director of Strategy and Innovation at Emergent Group.

Gareth brings over 20 years of leadership experience across energy, electrification, and industrial technology, with global experience spanning Asia, Europe, and Oceania. Gareth most recently served as Chief Executive Officer, Australia at Fletcher Building, and previously as Chief Executive Officer, Pacific at Schneider Electric, where he led large, multi-brand product and solutions businesses across Australia and New Zealand with a focus on digital transformation, sustainability, and electrification.

Claire began her career with Schneider Electric in the UK & Ireland in 2004 and has since held senior finance roles across multiple business units and regions. Most recently, she served as CFO for Schneider Electric’s Pacific Zone, where she led financial transformation initiatives and drove strategic growth. Prior to that, Claire held key leadership positions, including Finance Director for Projects & Services Business within the Pacific region. Her proven track record in delivering financial transformation and fostering innovation will be instrumental as Ampcontrol continues to strengthen its foundations for growth and advance its commitment to powering a sustainable future.
