IS LEDe – Intrinsically Safe Light
ISLEDe is designed for hazardous area industrial applications. Application examples include underground mining, vehicle lighting, fixed and mobile machine lighting, tunnelling and fixed infrastructure applications. For underground coal mining ISLEDe lights require less quantity of inspections than Ex d lighting solutions, and if damaged are easily replaced and not a flameproof reportable incident.
ISLEDe headlight has externally controllable independent LED circuits, with 2 x white primary light circuits and 2 x secondary coloured light circuits. Secondary circuit colour options include any two colours of red, amber, blue or green; this needs to be selected at time of ordering.
IS LEDi – Next Generation Longwall Lighting System
Designed specifically for use in underground coal mines, key components of the IS LEDi system are IECEx certified Ex ia for Group I applications.
The system comprises three main components: The intrinsically safe light, a Bluetooth gateway device and an interface module.
Each light on the system is individually controlled using a Bluetooth mesh network. The lights can display 7 colour variations, a variety of flash sequences and brightness levels, all controlled by the mine automation system.
These colours and flash sequences can be used to create highly visible warnings such as no go zones, indication of shield faults, positions of fire extinguishers and first aid stations.
IS LED Longwall Mine Light
Suitable for use in longwall mining, on and around machinery, roadways and during maintenance, the system is modular in design, making it quick and easy to install, remove and customise to suit specifications.
Specifically designed and manufactured for use in harsh environments, our portable and fixed LED and fluorescent lights are known for their strength and reliability.
With IP65 to IP68 ratings, and petrol and oil resistant models, our industrial lights are suitable for use in tunnelling, commercial and industrial maintenance, factories, manufacturing, construction, automotive and transport.
The AlphaLite Max is a permanent or portable lighting solution designed for environments where temperature, sun exposure, moisture and dust are present and contact with moving objects is likely. All external materials are non-metallic and selected for impact strength and durability.
