The IPM3 is an Ampcontrol IPM3 integrated protection relay engineered for underground mining and industrial environments that demand the highest standards of personnel and load protection. Designed to operate across multiple system voltages, it delivers the full range of standard outlet protection functions, including selectable pump and fan operating modes, in a single unit, replacing the multiple discrete relays that traditionally increase spares inventory and site complexity.
Control and configuration can be managed through an industrial-grade colour touchscreen that provides intuitive operation, real-time system information, and detailed fault-finding support — a significant advance over traditional discrete relay configurations. Ethernet network connectivity enables remote monitoring and integration with mine-wide electrical management systems.
