2023 Footy Tipping Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

 

Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions. Entry into this Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  1. Entrance to the competition will open at 9:00am, 27/2/2023.
  2. The competition will close at 11:59pm on the 2/10/2023.
  3. Entry is open to all Australian residents, over the age of 12 years.

 

  1. HOW TO ENTER

The 2023 Ampcontrol Footy Tipping Competition will be run through iTipFooty.com.au.

To join:
1) Go to https://www.iTipFooty.com.au
2) Click the ‘REGISTER’ button if you don’t already have an account with iTipFooty.com.au
3) Once you have successfully registered login and, click the JOIN COMP button.
4) Enter Comp # 128475 and Comp Password Ampcontrol1

Only one Eligible Entry per person (and per email address) will be accepted.

 

  1. COMPETION RULES

Tipping will be on a price-based system.

Tipps must be submitted before the first game of every round

For every correct tip, the competitor will receive the betting odds price as their points for correct tips. For every incorrect tip, the competitor will receive 0 points. If no tips are submitted for that round, the entrant will receive lowest round score.

If the entrant tips all games correct in a round, they will receive 4 additional points.

State of Origin games will be included to the tipping point total.

Entrants will receive one Joker Round, where points will be doubled for one round (selected by entrant).

A margin system will be set to find out an outright weekly and overall winner.

Should tipsters still have the same score and margin:

  • Weekly ladder: The highest scoring tipster that selected and saved their tips for that round first is the weekly winner.
  • Overall ladder: The highest scoring tipster that joined the comp first is the winner.

 

  1. PRIZES

3.1 Prize Pool

Entry Draw – Upon Entry into the 2022 Ampcontrol Tipping Competition, entrants will go into the draw for a $100 Gift Card.

End of Season Winners

1st Place – $500 Gift Card and $500 donation to the winners nominated charity

2nd Place – $250 Gift Card and $250 donation to the winners nominated charity

3rd Place – $150 Gift Card

 

3.2 Eligibility

To be eligible for the Entry Draw, entrants must join before the first game of the 2023 NRL season.

To be eligible for as an End of Season Winner, the entrant must place within the respective position of total points gained through the competition.

To be eligible for the Mid-Season Draws on round 15 entrants must still be actively tipping and missed not more than three weeks in a row.

Members of the Ampcontrol Marketing and Communications team will not be eligible for the Entry Draw or Mid-Season Draw.

 

Winner Announcements

Winner for the Entry Draw will be announced at the end of Round 1

Winners of the Competition will be announced post 2/10/2023

Winners will be contacted directly with the email provided on their iTipFooty registration or though a Ampcontrol Representative.
